ACTIVITIES
To accomplish our purpose, we have several activities: Sunday church services are held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday evening meetings are at 7:30 p.m. and this is the time when individuals share their healings and spiritual inspiration. We also have Sunday School at the same time as the church service and a nursery for younger children.
We have participated in community 'Mind, Body, Spirit' events, given talks and organized an online blog to pray for our local police department. We are constantly looking for new opportunities to share with others.

SUNDAY SERVICE

Sunday morning Service is held from 10:30 to 11:30 and Sunday School is held at the same time.
Child care is provided for the very young children.
You will find our services to be friendly, joyful, and informal with casual dress the norm.
The structure and format of our Sunday Service follow the guidelines of The Manual of The Mother Church; however, it is a very casual and comfortable setting. We generally sit in a semi-circle while the Weekly Bible Lesson, from the Christian Science Quarterly, is read by two lay readers. The Bible and Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures, by Mary Baker Eddy, serve as our pastor and guide.
This is a brief summary of the Sunday service:
- We begin with singing, followed by short readings from the Bible, after which we pray the Lord’s Prayer with its spiritual interpretation from the Christian Science text book, Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures.
- Then, we sing again followed by few announcements regarding currents activities.
- A solo is sung which usually relates to the subject of our Weekly Bible Lesson.
- The Weekly Bible Lesson, which serves as a sermon, is then read from Science and Health by the First Reader and the Bible is read by the Second Reader.
- The service is closed with a hymn, short citations, and a benediction.
- Many come early to chat, and stay after the service to greet other members and visitors. You are always welcome! Please know you will never be pressured to join the group, or to take up the study of Christian Science.

WEDNESDAY MEETING
We come together each week at 7:30 p.m.to hear a brief lesson compiled of citations from The Bible and Science and Health. The major portion of the meeting is open to the group, both at the meeting and those dialing in via teleconference. During this time individuals share demonstrations and healings they have experienced by applying the teachings of Christ Jesus and Christian Science.
SUNDAY SCHOOL

The Sunday School is open to all young people up to the age of 20. The classes are divided into small, informal groups. The discussions are generally based upon the Ten Commandments, the Beatitudes and Bible stories. The focus of the classes is to learn to apply the teachings of Christian Science in a practical way.
YOUNGSTERS

The youngest classes will focus on Bible basics like the Lord’s Prayer, the most popular Bible stories, and God’s love. The teachers are very creative and engage the kids in various activities to help them learn about God’s love for all. Tweens: For tweens it’s all about bridging the gap between childhood and the teen years. This is an important time in life as tweens explore their identity. Learning to use Christ Jesus as the model makes the transition easier. Classes for this age group are very interactive, allowing the students to build their confidence. Teens:Experienced teachers lead discussions that establish the foundation for them to become strong, independent practitioners of Christian Science, as they will soon be venturing out on their own. Emphasis is placed on applying their own spiritual understanding to meet any challenge. All the Sunday School students are enfolded within the church congregation as often as possible. They are in the church for the opening and closing hymns. Some of them are asked to share their talents by playing their instruments for the hymns.
